ID Guidelines
Acceptable forms of ID
• State Driver’s License
• State 18+ Card
We only accept forms of ID with a current address. For that reason, passports are not an acceptable form of ID.
Providing Proof of ID
We require you to either lodge a copy of your ID online, or via post.
We ask that you submit a copy of both sides of your license if your current address is displayed on the back.
No Proof of ID is required for any Secondary Guardians or Carers.
