About Reunite Carer Assist
What is it?
When you register with Reunite Carer Assist, you provide your personal and medical information which is then recorded and stored in a highly secure, online database and linked to Reunite Carer Assist Facecards and ICE (In Case of Emergency) Bracelets.
In an emergency, the Primary Carer Facecard alerts emergency personnel that additional steps must immediately be taken to ensure the safety of the care recipient. All Facecards and ICE Bracelets tell emergency services that there is extensive stored information available for both the carer and care recipient.
As the needs of people who receive care are often varied and complex, this vital information can be provided 24 hours a day to the police, paramedics, emergency medical staff, or backup carers, should something happen to you, or the person you care for.

How do I apply?
You must register to access the service. You can apply online, or download an application form and post it in to us.
How much does it cost?
The cost for carers is low. Membership starts from as little $9.95 per year.
What do I get?
Every registration comes with a Primary Carer Facecard and a Care Recipient Facecard or ICE Bracelet. These items enable the police, paramedics, and emergency medical staff to access personal and medical details through Reunite.
Additional Facecards can be purchased. We recommend a Facecard is provided to every person who regularly cares for the care recipient. The cost per Facecard decreases depending on the membership level.
