Reunite Carer Assist ensures the person you care for is never without assistance or care, even if something unexpected happens to you.
Introducing Reunite Carer Assist
Ensure they’re never left forgotten and alone
If you are suddenly injured or ill, Reunite alerts police and paramedics to your role as a primary carer, ensuring the person dependant on your care is never left alone or uncared for.
Reunite arranges backup care if something happens to you
Upon notification by police or paramedics, Reunite will arrange for an emergency carer nominated by you to attend to the person at home. This means that even if your own health and wellbeing is in jeopardy, theirs will not suffer.
You need a Reunite Primary Carer Facecard
You will be issued with a unique Primary Carer Facecard that alerts emergency services to your role as a primary carer. This card is what carers need to carry to ensure action to arrange backup care is taken. The emergency services can also receive extensive personal and medical information that may assist the holder.
They need a Reunite Wristband, or Care Recipient Facecard
In an emergency involving the person you care for, their Wristband or Care Recipient Facecard identifies them as a registered Reunite member. This allows the emergency services to receive detailed personal and medical information that may assist in treatment, 24 hours a day.
